The Curious Self
Services
Practicing under the Bowens Systems Theory, The Curious Self’s mission is to challenge you to reexamine your dynamics with those around you, including family, friends, and partners, as well as your dynamic with yourself.

Do you ever find yourself falling into certain patterns? Do you ever feel like every day, every conversation, every interaction is the same, making it feel like Groundhog Day? Patterns such as codependency in your relationships, pulling in an outside third party into two-person relationships, or over/under-functioning, to name a few. Instead of placing the blame on external factors, attempting to control others' behaviors, and falling into these patterns, we can reevaluate those patterns together. These feelings are typically temporary and we have a tendency to react rather than being careful with our thinking and responding with well-developed thoughts.
No more Groundhog Day Syndrome!
